something caught my eye whilst i read the news ytd. - "23 years old dude with a gambling debt of $100,000". there you go, a guy of the same age as me, with a crazy tenacity for wasting precious moolah.
i thought to myself. wow. that guy have got an epic world record eh for stupidity....
it brings me to today's topic.
what would charis do if he has $100,000.
1. Save $50,000. - its good to keep some for rainy days. :)
2. $10,000 - i'll use it for self improvement. i wanna continue where i left off in piano lessons, to enrich myself with knowledge so that i'll be wise, in my own circumstances and learn how to manage my life more effectively. i wanna be able to learn how to manage finance and utilise more methods to grow money. i know this sounds slothy, but i don't want to work forever.
3. $15,000 - living life to the fullest. i wanna book a yacht, just for once to experience how it's like to live life on the fast track. if not, i'll go for a much needed holiday. yeah, and i'll eat fine food for the next few months.
4. $20,000 - parents. thank you mum & dad. please don't whine everyday...ahhhhhh.
5. $5,000 - mmmm. i'll use this sum to bless people around me. we'll have white wine in cell group, we'll shoot paintballs, we'll party. :))
you know, im getting bored of routine everyweek...sometimes we'll have to add a dose of adventure into our lives, to have this bit of fun.
okay, back to reality as a poor dude. its surely good to engage in a fantasy once in awhile.
