FOR THE MATERIALIST.something had piqued my interest recently.
this had to be it, the Singapore JewelFest 2009(the most happening event right after F1 - thou ive got no real interest in cars blitzing by @ 280km/hour). i got so mesmerised by these jewels after reading through ST life.
However, the Jewelfest is meant for women. again. NOOOOO!! :((
Women are probably the most pampered species on earth. You could stroll through 90% of boutiques in Orchard Road, and i could tell you that 90% of these boutiques caters to the whims and fancies of women.
Zzzzzzzzz.
anyway, this pristine & refined choker called Grandiosa caught my eye.
for 2 reasons.
Number 1. It is made by a Singaporean neighborhood jeweller - Goldheart. Okay, im sorry, but what the heck, im condescending because its such a ah-pek brand. woops.
Number 2. It costs a cool, whooping $6 million dollars. i could buy enough Big Macs to choke myself to death.
Give me a Tiffany/Bvlgari/Cartier anyday. anyways, i'll be smiling with glee(call me evil) when i know that those dumbo taitais will be going about the exhibition, squandering away the wealth of their husbands.
P.S : Women, please don't complain.
