shishamo. one of the finest delicacy to prepare...
okay, the bottom method which was used was deep-fry, but ive gotta reiterate that shishamo can be toasted in the oven to cook it..
Why i love shishamo(japanese fish delicacy)
1. it doesn't have bones.
2. it is bite sized.
3. it has loads of eggs.
4. it is tasty.
5. it costs around $2 sgd++ for a packet of 8!!
