ONE-ROOM FLAT. 
and yes, i was reading today's newspaper. Society have sunk to a new low.
We have got Conmen who poses as welfare workers & intrudes in the houses of others, purely for the sale of - yes - you name it.
For the purpose of one's gain.
Well, if the victim was a well-to-do person, i wouldn't have detested it to the core...but the issue is...
This person is just a elderly folk(not to mention that he's got a prosthetic leg) living in poverty, who probably requires his money to get by in his daily life, before death approaches..
There you go. I wish the perpetrator get his own just desserts. Words can't express how much anguish i feel for the victim.
