Needs of a Woman.
Year 2009, lets see, the most memorable church sermon ive been to..it definitely has to be the one on fulfilling the needs of the fairer gender.
Let's break it down.
1. Affection
2. Conversation
3. Honesty & Openess
4. Financial Support
5. Family Commitment
Well, the century old adage used to be - women can never ever be satisfied..haha..we'll see.
Let me digress then.
1.Affection
Even though the 21st century women are very free-spirited with an independent mindset, @ the bottom line, the fundamental need for love remains, but i believe women, being emotionally fragile than men..needs to be showered with love & care.
2.Conversation
Research have shown that women tend to be chatty LOL..haha, well...i guess thats good since it's crucial to express emotions. :)
3.Honesty & Openess
No cheating! - Be frank - but not straightforward. I believe that problems are meant to be shared to spouses..afterall, 2 heads are better than 1 yah? Heh :)
My wife was hinting about what she wanted for our upcoming anniversary.
She said, 'I want something shiny that goes from 0 to 200 in about 3 seconds.'
I bought her a scale..
And that's when the fight started....
No, not by being straightforward :P
4. Financial Support
Lets see, im not a rich person...and i hope i won't be married to a lady with high maintenance :X
But well, yeah..i believe it's the duty of everymen to be able to support their wives.
Guys, i know - this may sound unfair (tsk tsk gender discrimination =X) but i believe that men, being the stronger gender, at the bottom line, should be able to fulfill his duty as a husband and as a father, by providing for the family when everything else fails.
Of course, we can't expect ladies to support the family mah. Haha.
5. Family Commitment
The last, but NEVER the least. Stay commited always. The head of the house - enough said. By being the head of the house, there's plenty of implied responsibility - For us as men.
