Bad employer..
Anyways , my mom was working for this employer last time then , poor sales were blamed on her , when it clearly wasn't her fault , but because of lack of a huge crowd etc...Her employer refused to pay her the accrued wages in which he owes her , and i was kind of dissapointed with it , but never angry , but firmly i believe justice always prevails.
i printed out pages from the ministry of manpower, including guidelines etc , and my sister helped to draft a letter , i passed the letter to her .
Guess what? Her employer finally agreed to pay her today. Yippee
!!
Haha, to those who think that my mom is easily bullied again~ think twice, she's got a son who stands up for her =)
